Last August, while in Fiji for a weeks holiday in the sun, Bernie decided this would be the perfect opportunity to propose to the girl of his dreams, Rebekah... After successfully hiding the engagement ring from her for a few days Bernie took Rebekah down to the beach to share a bottle of wine and watch the sun set... the night couldn't get any more romantic or perfect... or so Rebekah thought as she kept chatting away while Bernie was struggling to find a break in the conversation where he could propose...
Finding his moment, Bernie got on one knee, pulled out the engagement ring and asked Rebekah to be his wife... from complete happiness and total bliss, Rebekah immediately burst into tears and just managed to say yes...
Fast forward to May this year and we had the absolute pleasure of capturing their wedding day for them. Bernie had a way of making Rebekah giggle that was absolutely gorgeous to watch... the way they interacted together was a sure sign that these two were meant for each other... A match made in Fiji
Many thanks to this amazing team for bringing the wedding day together...

Rebekah's flowers were gorgeous... her little flower girl was absolutely mesmerized by them. Raelene from SweetScents did a fantastic job at the bridal bouquets... they brought beauty, elegance and a touch of colour into the bridal party. On that note, I have to say, I absolutely LOVED the colour scheme Rebekah had chosen... it had everything flowing together so beautifully.
Rebekah's wedding gown from Felicity Bridal fitted her perfectly... looking elegant and beautiful
Rebekah made a stunning bride thanks to Kaitlin who did an AMAZING job on the girls hair and makeup... they all looked super gorgeous and confident. Kaitlin was fantastic, easy to work alongside and even didn't complain when we kindly asked her to move into another room for better light.
The boys waiting outside the church and greeting their guests.. Bernie, looking handsome and smart in his wedding attire was relaxed and couldn't have been happier... if he was nervous... there was no sign of it... He was cool, calm and collected
The way these two locked eyes you would have thought they'd got lost in each others mind... it was beautiful to watch and they were so natural around each other
How talented is this... Bernie, made these cute little wine charms... one for each guest and all personalised with the guests names (these were the bride and grooms charms)... and how lucky am I as Bernie also made me some wine charms using my name and my hubbys... such an awesome little keepsake from the wedding!!!... He also made the "We Do" cake topper... a new profession perhaps??
Their beautifully designed cake made by Kath's Devine Cakes... simple and elegant
A huge congratulations to Bernie and Rebekah... your day was absolutely stunning... full of love, laughter and elegance
